Managing Director, North America
Karyn Zwick, Managing Director, North America, leads Ignite Purpose's work across the United States and Canada from her home base in Phoenix, Arizona. Canadian-born and US-based, she brings a cross-border perspective shaped by three decades of leadership experience, deep emotional intelligence expertise, and a founder's lens through her coaching practice.
A leadership coach, transformation partner, and contributor to the global Ignite Purpose narrative, Karyn also authored the foreword to BRAVE: The Courage to RISE, reflecting her commitment to courageous, identity-level leadership across North America.
